GRISUTEN

Our GRISUTEN polyester fiber is manufactured in a continuous chemical process based on PTA and MEG. Polymer-dyeing technology, the possibility of inserting additives, special finishing technologies as well as a finishing facility which works independently from the spinning line enable us to produce “specialties” and polyester fibers which are customized according to the clients’ requirements.

Depending on the processing technology and the intended use we are offering a wide range of different types of fibers in order to meet virtually all possible demands of the clients. We can offer the GRISUTEN fiber different dtex, cutting lengths and with different parameters regarding the textile properties, such as resistance, elongation and hot air shrinkage. We are also developing fiber types together with our clients. In addition to this we manufacture different types of polyester tow for worsted yarn and non-woven fabrics.

Depending on the type, GRISUTEN fibers are perfectly suited for all common processing technologies in the spinning line and the manufacturing of non-woven fabrics, whether in blending with other fibers or in 100 %.

GRISUTEN R
Our regenerated fiber GRISUTEN R is manufactured from secondary raw materials. We recommend it above all for non-woven fabrics which are mainly applied in the fields of the automotive industry, geotextiles and other industrial applications
